We only raise Freedom Ranger chickens from Freedom Ranger hatchery, on pasture, with locally milled feed. Our hogs are raised in the forested areas of the farm where they are free to forage and root, we only raise heritage Tamworth hogs for their superior abilities to thrive on pasture and superior flavor profile.
